Our Fabrication Workshop is built on 1 acre of industrial land which allows for expansion and growth. The workshop is 432m² (36m x 12m) with an attached sheet metal workshop of approx 288m².

All fabrication requiring Sand Blasting and Painting is completed at the neighboring workshop, with easy access and highly quality controlled.

The workshop is equipped with the following:

- 2 x 5T Street multi directional overhead crane.
- Plasma Cutter
- Overhead MIG welders
- 100T Sunrise Hydraulic Iron Worker (Punch and Shear)
- 3T CAT Forklift
- Computerised Profile Cutter and Laser service available
- 11T GVM IBECO Truck
- other standard tool/equipment necessary for Metal Fabrication.

Being a modern Workshop employing an average of 10 Trade Boilermakers and fitted with the latest Metal Fabrication technology we can produce an excess of 30T of fabricated steel product per week. Additional to this we have a close alliance with a neighbouring Blast and Paint workshop and O’Donnell Griffin Electrical.

Our Biggest Workshop Fabrication yet!

The fabrication of a 62m long x 9.5m wide cantilever gantry has recently been completed in the workshop, working a 24hr split shift over 4 weeks with a total of 18 staff.

The gantry was split and fabricated into 3 sections for transport purposes and then welded together on site before the final installation.

Blasting and Painting were performed on the 3 sections at our Yeppoon Workshop before transportation.
